Being from a family involved in property acquisitions and development, real estate has always been in Ailee’s blood.  Her property journey began after purchasing her first home in the Brisbane suburb of Camp Hill at the age of 23, and with a growing passion for real estate and property investment, she bought another home just 12 months later to expand her portfolio.

Ailee began her career in the property industry back in 1997 as an Assistant Valuer. She completed a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate and Development, and in 2003 became a Certified Practising Valuer and was admitted as an Associate to the Australian Property Institute. Ailee joins PMC with 21 years’ experience operating solely in the greater Brisbane area as a residential valuer, undertaking predominantly high turnover mortgage security work. She brings a solid foundation in valuation principles, as well as exceptional research, analytical and communication skills. Ailee is a highly reliable and determined buyer’s agent who goes to great lengths to secure the right properties for her clients.

Outside of work Ailee enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage children, watching rugby league and rugby union, music trivia, shopping and eating cheese.
