Our decision to work with the PMC team when looking for our first family home was the best thing we could ever have done.
Matt and Mike are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, respected, and subsequently really nice guys. They worked really pro actively and patiently as they were searching and gave us sound advice at key times when we needed it the most. They advised us not to hurry, not to settle if we weren’t 100% happy and to trust the PMC process.
They see things that most people can’t and communicated what they were thinking in a way we understood. At the same time they assume responsibility for managing the relationship with the agents, which we found to be challenging at the beginning when we were looking by ourselves. The agents respect them.
The whole PMC team worked with a sense of excitement when we were in the closing stages of purchasing and were genuinely happy when they were able to secure us the contract.
Without them we would not be where we are today. We would recommend them to everyone looking at purchasing property and cannot thank them enough.
