How this purchase met the clients’ brief:

K & P were introduced to us to assist them in their search of a family home. Being new to the Northern Beaches and being frequent travellers, they were seeking a low-maintenance, spacious home for their family. The search took an extended period of time, however this was appropriate as we knew we had to be patient to help K&P get a strong understanding of the market and ultimately wait for a beautiful home like this to secure.
